Paltech is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our demand generation strategy and execution. This critical role will develop and execute multi-channel demand generation programs to drive qualified leads, accelerate pipeline growth, and meet business development targets. This is a dynamic and fast-paced role ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills and a knack for building lasting client relationships.
Objectives of this Role
Develop and Execute Demand Generation Strategy: Create and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy aligned with company goals, targeting across industries and leveraging multiple channels (Email Marketing, LinkedIn Prospecting, Cold Calling and more).
Lead Generation and Qualification: Design and implement lead generation and qualification programs to drive high-quality leads into the sales funnel, including lead scoring, nurturing, and handoff to sales.
Campaign Planning and Execution: Plan, execute, and measure the effectiveness of demand generation campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring seamless customer experiences and maximizing ROI.
Team Management: Manage the demand generation team, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve business objectives. Monitor team progress to ensure that corporate goals are being met
Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of demand generation professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure team success.
Performance Analysis and Reporting: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure demand generation success, providing regular reporting and insights to stakeholders.
Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with management, sales and IT teams to ensure alignment and maximize business impact.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct high-level industry research to develop effective sales campaigns in the USA, UK and ANZ markets.
- Promote the PalTech services to prospective clients and generate qualified leads from the business development team.
- Provide continuous, constructive feedback.
- Interact with prospects and respond to important inquiries about the company’s services.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Superior presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Technical skills required to understand and propose the right services by focusing on client requirements.
- Ability to communicate information to internal teams and customers in a clear and concise manner.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., ZOHO, Marketo, Pardot, HubSpot) and CRM systems.
