Job Description

As a Sr. Business Development Executive at PalTech, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth by identifying and generating new business opportunities. The role requires expertise in lead generation through Email Marketing, LinkedIn Marketing, and Cold Calling, targeting clients in the USA, UK, and Australia. You will collaborate closely with the sales team to build a robust pipeline, understand customer needs, and propose tailored IT solutions. This is a dynamic and fast-paced role ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills and a knack for building lasting client relationships

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment while maintaining a proactive approach. 
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of Paltech’s IT services and solutions. 
  • Stay informed about current market and technology trends to identify opportunities. 
  • Participate in targeted Email Marketing and Cold Calling campaigns. 
  • Craft customized emails based on an understanding of customer needs and preferences. 
  • Generate leads and collaborate with the sales team to build a robust pipeline of potential customers. 
  • Focus on achieving targets and follow up diligently with assigned accounts or databases. 
  • Understand customer requirements and propose relevant IT service solutions. 
  • Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries. 
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge. 

Required Skills and Qualifications: 

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities. 
  • In-depth knowledge of US geography and familiarity with international markets (UK, Australia). 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding monthly lead generation targets. 
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
