Our Initiatives
Education
At PalTech, we believe education is the most powerful catalyst for long-term change.
One of our flagship initiatives is the annual School Kit Packing and Distribution drive, that reaches over 1,500 students across government schools in remote villages around Hyderabad. This tradition is deeply embedded in our culture and sees enthusiastic participation from over 80% of our employees each year.
In parallel, through the Abhyasika program—run in partnership with the Palreddy Foundation and Seva Bharathi—we have established 100+ learning centres across rural and urban Nalgonda. These hubs offer after-school academic support, life skills, and mentorship to more than 2,000 children.
We also collaborate with Youth For Seva on the Lab on Wheels initiative, a mobile science lab that delivers hands-on, experiential learning to over 6,400 students in under-resourced schools.
And yet, this is only the beginning. We see immense potential ahead, and we remain committed to expanding our reach, deepening our impact, and unlocking brighter futures through education.
Healthcare
At PalTech, we view healthcare as a shared responsibility—one that starts with awareness and leads to action.
Our annual sanitary pad donation drive ensures dignity and access for women in underserved communities, while regular health awareness initiatives keep well-being at the center of our workplace culture. In partnership with Blood Warriors and Aarohi Blood Bank, we shine a spotlight on Thalassemia—a genetic disorder that often goes undetected. Over 100 employees came forward to donate blood for children dependent on regular transfusions, and 20 volunteered for genetic profiling to support early detection.
This is just the beginning. We remain deeply committed to championing preventive care and equitable healthcare access for all.
Girl Child Empowerment
At PalTech, we are deeply invested in creating equal opportunities for the girl child.
As a proud sponsor of Run for a Girl Child, in collaboration with Seva Bharathi, we support a large-scale movement dedicated to girls’ education, health, and skill development. This initiative, part of the Kishori Vikas program, empowers over 10,500 girls every year, with a goal of reaching 100,000 girls by 2030. Our employees actively participate, helping amplify awareness and impact on the ground.
This collaboration reflects just one part of our broader commitment—and we’re only getting started. There’s so much more we aim to build, support, and scale in this space.

From tree plantation drives and waste reduction efforts to employee-led clean-up initiatives, we actively contribute to building greener, healthier communities.
