Our client buys, refurbishes, and resells cameras worldwide. From classic models to the latest gear, they move significant inventory through both online and in-person “buy” programs. Yet their in-house ERP, developed around 2013, hadn’t kept pace with modern standards, leading to frequent maintenance headaches, deployments that dragged on for days, and serious security vulnerabilities. In practical terms, they couldn’t handle the increased volume of quotes, payments, and shipments that came with global expansion. Their legacy system made it difficult to onboard more users or seamlessly integrate new technologies.
